1. About D2DEALS

D2DEALS is a network where real-estate dealers list properties and requirements, and where buyers, sellers and tenants can discover them. D2DEALS provides the platform; transactions happen between the parties.

2. Dealer accounts

Dealers must provide accurate information, keep their phone number secure, and only post listings they are authorised to market. D2DEALS may verify, flag, suspend or remove accounts and listings that are inaccurate, misleading or abusive.

3. Listings and enquiries

Listings are posted by dealers. D2DEALS does not guarantee their accuracy, availability or price. Buyers and tenants are not charged a platform fee by D2DEALS.

4. Leads and wallet

Dealers may buy buyer/seller leads from their wallet at the price shown. Wallet top-ups are confirmed after payment is received. Purchased leads are non-refundable once contact details are revealed.

5. Loans

Loan enquiries are passed to lending partners. Approval, rate and terms are decided solely by the lender.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, D2DEALS is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.

What we collect

Dealers: name, firm, phone, email, city, RERA number, photos and the listings they post. Visitors: the name, phone number and message you submit in an enquiry, requirement, property or loan form. Loan-partner dealers: KYC documents they upload.

How we use it

To show listings, connect enquiries to the right dealer, match requirements with dealers, process loan applications, operate wallets, and keep the network safe.

Who sees it

An enquiry is shared with the dealer who owns that listing. A requirement or property you submit is reviewed by D2DEALS and then offered to dealers on the network. Loan applications are visible to the D2DEALS lending desk.
